If you have the permission to do so, you can download the WPA answers by exporting the data as an Excel file.
It is only possible to download data for your own teams and for dialogues that are finished. It is therefore not possible to download data from ongoing dialogues.
1. Go to the WPA and click the green Menu button. Choose “Team data” (red arrow).
2. Choose the time period you want the data for and click “Download data”.
Be aware that the team data is strictly confidential and not allowed to be distributed to others, who do not have the right to view it in the system.
3. Within a few minutes, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the data. Click the link “Here” to download the excel file.
