Managers can export the EDP answers in an Excel file.
The manager can only export data from the finished EDP dialogues in their own teams. Current dialogues can be exported once they are finished.
1. Go to the EDP module. Click “Manage” and choose “Team data” (red arrows).
2. Choose the time interval for the exported data and click ”Download data”.
Be aware that the exported data is strictly personal. It is not permitted to pass the data on to other people who do not already have access to the dialogues.
3. After you click “Download”, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the exported data. Click the link to download the Excel file (red arrow).
