The employee receives information e-mails

When an employee changes their password or e-mail or logs in from e new device/browser, they will automatically receive an information e-mail.
This e-mail contains a confirmation of the change to ensure that the employee is aware of the activity.

The employee receives an e-mail for these activities:

 


Example of an e-mail sent when a password has been changed.

 


Example of an e-mail sent when a person's e-mail has been changed.

If it is the manager or HR who has changed the e-mail, the person's name will appear in the e-mail.

 

 


Example of an e-mail sent when logging into a new device/browser.

 

  • The first time an employee logs into Evovia, they will not receive an e-mail regarding login on a new unit.
  • New device can also be a new browser.
