This is a way to inform the employee about the time for the telephone call or other important things.
1: Go to the Sickness absence dialogue
2: Select employee
- Red arrow: Click on the name of the employee.
- Yellow arrow: Select a sick day , e.g. 28th. sick day and click on the envelope.
3: Add a message to the e-mail
Add a personal message in the text field such as time for the meeting (green arrow).
4: See the e-mail before it is sent
Select ”Preview” (red arrow).
Read it through before sending it.
5: Send the e-mail
Click on ””Send agenda” to send it to the employee.
