What does the sickness absence e-mails to the manager look like

A manager will automatically receive an e-mail when it is time for the sick absence conversation with an employee.

Supplementary dialogues

Supplementary dialogues are sent to the manager on the days set up in the system. E.g. day five, 14 and 28.

Short term absence conversations

When an employee has had several sick absences in a specific time period (depending on how the days are set up in your company) e.g., after five sick days in 90 days, the manager will receive the following e-mail.
