A well-prepared EDP is essential for a good dialogue

At Evovia, we know that preparation is important to ensure a good dialogue between manager and employee. Because of this, our tool is built around a special process, where the manager invites the employee to fill out a premade questionnaire. When the employee has filled it out and sent it back to their manager, the manager has time to prepare for the dialogue based on the employee’s answers.
