How Evovia processes your personal information, etc.

Evovia handles personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

As a customer at Evovia you have the opportunity to receive invitations to courses and seminars as well as newsletters on knowledge sharing, including information about our products.

For example, when you visit our website, sign a contract for a digital solution, sign up for our newsletter or sign up for a seminar, you submit personal information to Evovia.

In this privacy policy you can read about the information we collect, what the legal basis is and how long we store the information. Regardless of the context in which you provide personal information, these will not be disclosed to third parties.

The purposes of our processing of personal data

When you sign up for an event, e.g. a course, seminar or network meeting:

Purpose:
The information is collected so that we can manage our course and seminar activities. We process information about your name, title, email, phone number and company.

Legal basis:
We process the above information in order to inform you of the event you have signed up for; including being able to forward material from the event.

The legal basis for processing the information is based on the contract to which you are a party, cf. Article 6 (1), b.

Your personal data is kept:
The information is stored in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system where we record information about our customers.

Your personal information comes from:
The information comes from yourself when you sign up for a course, seminar or networking meeting.

When you sign up for our newsletter:

Purpose:
We can send you newsletters with invitations to courses and seminars, knowledge sharing information related to our products as well as tips on how to make the most of our solutions.

We process information about your name, title, email, phone and company.

Legal basis:
When you sign up for the newsletter, you do so on the basis of consent, cf. Article 6 (1) (a) of the Personal Data Regulation and Section 10 (1) of the Marketing Act. This consent may be withdrawn at any time. You do this either by unsubscribing directly in the newsletter or by sending an email to support@evovia.com.

Storing your personal information:
We keep your personal information for as long as you want to receive the newsletter.

When you contact Evovia about our products and services:

Purpose:
To serve you best in relation to your inquiry.

We process information about your name, title, email, phone and company.

Legal basis:
For example, Evovia can. process your information in order to be able to carry out measures and actions taken at your request prior to the conclusion of a contract in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) of the Personal Data Regulation. planning customer visits, preparation of offers etc.

The processing can also take place for Evovia to pursue a legitimate interest, cf. the personal data regulation article 6, 1, f.

The legitimate interest can, for example, be statistics, customer surveys, and interest-based marketing.

When your organization is a customer of Evovia

Purpose:
To have dialogue in relation to the solution / services.

We process information about your name, title, email, phone, company.

Personal Data Regulation Article 6, 1, b - contract / agreement.

Where does your personal information come from:
The information comes from you or the company in which you are employed.

Storing your personal information:
We keep your personal information in our CRM system as long as there is a customer relationship.

Product information and newsletters about the Evovia system:
Evovia has a duty to keep customers updated on new opportunities via product information and newsletters. Thus, such emails are sent directly to all managers and managers in the system + to those who are otherwise created as recipients.

You can unsubscribe from newsletters - but no customer can unsubscribe from the obligation to receive ongoing information about the product's development and use.

At least 1 recipient in each company must receive this. If a customer wants to reduce the number of recipients, you are welcome to contact Evovia.

 

Privacy policy - by applications

When applying for a job at Evovia.

Purpose:
We process the applicant's information to assess competencies and experiences in relation to possible employment in Evovia.

We process information submitted by you in application and resume.

Legal basis:
The legal basis for processing the information is based on a legitimate interest, cf. Article 6, 1, f.

If we store your information, it will be done on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6, 1, a of the Personal Data Regulation. The consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Storing your personal information:
In the case of unsolicited applications, we will delete your information if you are not considered. You will receive a rejection before deletion.

When processing information for a posted position, we will store your information for two months after completion, if you do not obtain employment.

If you obtain employment with Evovia, your information will be transferred to the personnel case.

In the case of applications where the applicant could be considered for a position in the long term, we store your information for six months, with your consent.
