We have gone from being among the top 10 worst performers in sickness absence to being among the top 10 best in Denmark.

Evovia’s tools has basically made it possible for Sønderborg Municipality to digitize their strategies.

"Both our development dialogues and our sick absence dialogues have ensured a structure and management to it, so it has become much more doable when you use these systems", says Tim Hansen, municipal director in Sønderborg Municipality.

Having focused on dialogues about employees' sickness absence has proved valuable for Sønderborg Municipality.

"We have also gone from being among the top 10 worst performers in sickness absence to being among the top 10 best in Denmark", Tim Hansen adds.
